My name is Matthew Laufe Scheer, and I’m a full-time writer. When I graduated college, I took a desk job as an editor. A few months later, a pain developed in my lower back, which got worse with time. Eventually a doctor diagnosed me with mild arthritis. I was twenty two at the time. Twenty two! I though arthritis was an old man’s illness. From that day on I’ve dedicated myself to improving my health. It began with yoga, and has continued to every sphere of my life. What I discovered in my search for health, I write about here.
